Making an application is straightforward. If, within the award programme, we are accepting applications for a particular award, the application form may be found at the bottom of the page descibing that particular award.

Application forms for each of the awards can be downloaded from the web-page corresponding to the award you wish to apply during the period the award is open for applications.  We do not accept late or out of cycle applications.

Please refer to each page for the terms of each award and the relevant deadline which you must observe. When you submit an application form you agree to allow the Trustees:

• to seek confirmation from your school that you attended during the relevant period;
• to verify your current attendance on your programme of study from the further educational institution you have given; and
• to hold the data you submit in order to process your current and future applications. A copy of our data protection statement is here.

Applications will only be accepted from former pupils of contributing schools. Parental applications on behalf of former pupils of contributing schools will not be accepted.

All awards are made at the absolute discretion of the Trustees. The Trustees will not enter into any correspondence on any selection. In the event that the number of applications exceeds the funds available, the Trustees may resort to a method of random selection. In making the final award decisions the Trustees reserve the right to take account of the applicant's financial means.
